Pricing policy
St Ursula’s Church runs on money it raises itself. We do not receive any money from external sources like Swiss Church tax, or money from the Church of England. By buying from this site, you are supporting our work. All goods should be within date when you receive them. Our pricing is based on the cost of goods we receive which includes purchase price, duty, vat, customs clearance and transport. The profit margin is set to be competitive with other sellers who often have a much higher buying power. We price check most items against other suppliers in Switzerland. In some cases we are cheaper, in other cases you may be able to buy the item elsewhere for a lower price.
Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Perishable goods such as food can only be returned if it was damaged or out of date when we supplied it.
Please contact us if you wish to return anything. The item will be replaced or refunded.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
