Jana’s favorite salmon and horseradish pâté

If you are looking for an easy and tasty recipe for a starter, here you go

300 g smoked salmon

3 tablespoons double cream

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon horseradish sauce

250 g cream cheese

2tablespoons chopped dill

Black pepper

Place all ingredients in a food processor. Keep 50 g of smoked salmon for later.

Whizz until you have a smooth pâté, then transfer to a bowl.

Stir in the rest of the smoked salmon. Season with freshly ground black pepper.

Enjoy with slices of bread!
